Dominique Martineau
Born: Quebec,Canada.
Training: It is through drawing that Dominique Martineau stands out from a young age and that she discovers her passion for the arts. In 2006 she began her career as a professional painter with several exhibitions in Quebec.Technique: Acrylic and OilArtistic approach: The artist signs his Domm diminutive works of Dominique with a heart-shaped "M" symbolizing his love of painting. She describes her style as Glamor Pop Contemporary with her sweetcharacters whose limits of the image recall the photographic framing and its way of contrasting black and white with bright colors whose light emission causes an almost fluorescent effect.Having abandoned acrylic in favor of oil, Dominique Martineau doesnot hesitate to mix different materials or high gloss varnish to accentuate its effects of light. Each work allows her to discover her artistic freedom which she transmits to us with love.Exhibitions:
